Funny how my normal little abstract line scribbles revealed this image.  Didn’t set out to paint a picture of a person riding a horse but that is what I saw and how I directed the color when adding it to the piece.  Love these happy accidents when they occur.

      Claudia, thank you so much! It was so fun to see this piece come together. I’m really liking working with acrylics. I love being able to give my work a bolder appearance.

        Yes. I find the same thing. There is something about the way the paint goes on that encourages sweeping strokes and big lines, I think. And the rich intense colors…
