Wanted to try something new. Was snow shoeing the other day and as the afternoon fading into evening the colors were so incredible. This scene emerged and then I decided to do something a little different with its presentation.

That is an especially lovely thing! Yesterday I was snow shoeing again and near 5 pm here the sun was casting the most beautiful orange light on the tops of the trees. I can’t get enough!

Shoeing is a such a fun thing. I feel like it helps me really concentrate on what’s in front of me when I’m walking through the woods. Its not a speedy activity so it slows me down enough to notice!

Thank you! There is a missing panel or two because I messed up the original, so rather than abandon the piece altogether I decided to do something different to see if I could salvage it. The sun at dusk in winter is something to behold. It casts such incredible light/colors on the sky!
